Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is expanding our corporate sales division with a proven sales leader for the management team. The Sales Manager will coach a high-performing team, drive revenue, and meet monthly quotas for a growing insurance platform.

Responsibilities include expanding referral networks, guiding Account Executives, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to scale the team. Prior management and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, GPA 3.0 or higher (preferred).
• 3+ years of prior managerial experience (preferred).
• 8+ years of sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-octane sales team.
• Meet monthly quotas and guide Account Executives in sales processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard new hires.
• Cultivate referral partnerships with mortgage and real estate sectors.
• Drive professional network growth and effective follow-up strategies.
