Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is expanding its corporate sales division with a Sales Manager to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performance team in Arlington, VA.

You will guide Account Executives, drive monthly quotas, recruit and onboard new talent, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to accelerate revenue growth. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of managerial experience are preferred, with licensing upon employment and opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, GPA 3.0+.
• 3+ years of managerial experience preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Successful completion of the state licensing exam upon employment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; strong networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-octane sales team to achieve revenue goals.
• Meet monthly quotas determined by tenure mix of the team.
• Guide Account Executives during the sales process and assist onboarding.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Drive growth by expanding referral networks with mortgage/real estate partners.
