Goosehead Insurance is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to mentor, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets. You will drive effective sales practices and revenue growth, leveraging a call center background and personal lines expertise.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results, strategy, and collaboration across teams to expand market presence and customer relationships.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in management, call center environment, or the personal lines insurance industry.
• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
• Legally authorized to work the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed their targets.
• Role is integral to our business and will ensure effective sales practices, sales growth, and increased revenue for the company.
• This candidate will have experience in a call center and the personal lines industry along with expertise in the sales process and methodologies.
