Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a GPA of 3.0+
• Preferably 3+ years of prior managerial experience
• Preferably 2+ years of prior sales experience
• Successful completion of the state licensing exam upon employment

Responsibilities

• Enhance the team's capacity to establish referral networks with mortgage and real estate partners
• Instruct on best sales practices across channels (in-person, phone, email)
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
