Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is looking to expand our corporate sales division with a proven Sales Manager to inspire, coach, and develop a high-octane team. You will lead a team to meet monthly quotas and drive revenue growth through guidance of Account Executives.

The role emphasizes building referral networks with mortgage and real estate partners, multi-channel selling, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition to scale the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, GPA 3.0 or higher.
• 3+ years of prior managerial experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of prior sales experience is preferred.
• Successful completion of the state licensing exam upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the team’s capacity to establish professional networks with referral partners in mortgage and real estate sectors using networking and follow-up.
• Instruct on best practices in sales techniques across channels (in-person, phone, email) while upholding high integrity.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to expand the group.
