Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (GPA 3.0+).
• 3+ years of prior managerial experience preferred.
• 2+ years of prior sales experience preferred.
• Must complete state licensing exam upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and develop a high‑octane sales team to meet monthly quotas.
• Lead by example in networking with referral partners in mortgage/real estate sectors.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide guidance to Account Executives through the sales process and learning curve.
