Job summary

Team UES is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our Orlando HQ and corporate functions. You will handle full-cycle recruiting for Finance, IT, Integrations & Acquisitions, and other hiring initiatives, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

This in-office role emphasizes strategic recruitment, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering a superior candidate experience. You will work with senior leadership on talent strategies, manage multiple requisitions, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and recruitment compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TA leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, databases, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Draft and update job postings and recruitment materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate interview logistics, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
• Collaborate with other recruiters and Talent Acquisition CoE to ensure process consistency and reporting.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate reports as needed.
• Support strategic hiring initiatives with TA leadership.
