Job summary

UES, a leader in geotechnical engineering and environmental consulting, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support its Orlando HQ. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for Finance, IT, Integrations & Acquisitions, and other functions, partnering with senior leadership to develop impactful talent strategies.

This is an in-office role reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You'll engage senior leaders, craft compelling recruitment marketing, and drive hiring across multiple business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and recruitment compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills; manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director of TA, Corporate HR Manager, and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, databases, events, referrals).
• Create recruitment marketing collateral to attract top talent to UES.
• Draft and update job postings, offers, and recruitment materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate interview logistics, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates.
• Provide a professional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
• Collaborate with other recruiters and TA CoE for process consistency and compliance.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and generate reports as needed.
• Partner on strategic hiring initiatives with TA leadership.
