The role demands 3+ years in staffing, sales and recruitment, with a proven ability to meet targets. Competitive base plus uncapped commissions and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or 3+ years' experience in the staffing industry.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of staffing services and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Talent Strategist and partner with C-level clients.
• Uncover leadership DNA and advise on hiring strategies that fuel transformation.
• Identify and engage high-impact executives aligned with client needs.
• Lead with empathy and build authentic relationships with clients and candidates.
• Promote LHH staffing and recruitment services and visit clients in person.
