Qualifications

• 8-10 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience handling a high-volume recruiting desk with multiple concurrent requisitions.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for various positions.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers.
• Source and recruit passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Review resumes and manage candidate communications.
• Advise on recruiting trends and candidate availability.
