Job summary

Adecco Group, a global leader in HR solutions, is seeking an Executive Recruiter in Orlando to lead full lifecycle direct-hire recruitment for senior-level roles. You will build client partnerships, design targeted sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through interviews and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of direct-hire recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and solid knowledge of ATS/CRM tools. This role offers growth across our diverse portfolio of brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of professional work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and marketing.
• Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs, determine best recruiting methods, and deploy strategic recruiting strategies.
• Stays abreast of industry trends and recruiting best practices.
• Screens resumes and conducts behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Negotiates fee agreements with clients and completes appropriate correspondence for each placement.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Manages data in tracking and order systems and supports onboarding processes.
