The SR Group in Orlando is seeking an experienced recruiter to proactively identify and engage candidates for active client roles. You will screen, interview, and assess candidates, delivering CV sends and coordinating interviews with client-facing teams.

Responsibilities include building strong candidate pipelines, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating to understand hiring needs. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and growth opportunities within a fast-expanding US operation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, sales or customer service with external staffing agency preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
• Excellent communication, decision making and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with problem-solving mentality.
• Ability to build rapport with colleagues, candidates and clients.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, events, referrals, etc.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for active client roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and communicate throughout the process.
• Collaborate with client-facing recruiters to understand hiring needs and optimize sourcing.
• Ensure candidate satisfaction with high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM.
