Job summary

Team UES is seeking a Recruiter I to identify, attract, and hire talent across multiple business units. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, maintain a positive candidate experience, and ensure compliance within a decentralized HR structure.

The role supports hiring managers, collaborates with the Talent Acquisition CoE, and helps drive workforce planning across the organization. Remote work environment with occasional travel possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in recruiting, staffing, or HR support.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools; proficient with MS Office/Google Suite.
• Basic understanding of employment law and recruiting compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines across functions and geographies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, and networks.
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements in line with compliance guidelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assist scheduling and logistics.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and documentation with HR.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure documentation meets compliance.
