Job summary

Amex GBT seeks a Senior Event Manager to plan and deliver complex, multiday executive programs for a dedicated Experience Studio team. You will manage budgets above $1 million, coordinate with producers, and lead on-site logistics across hotels, venues, and transportation.

You'll mentor Event Managers, build detailed planning calendars, and ensure data integrity in registration and reporting systems. A CMP and strong vendor contracts experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years planning corporate meetings, events, and incentives.
• Budget management for programs > $1M with accurate forecasts and reconciliations.
• Direct onsite teams and manage complex, multi-day executive programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver complex programs from kickoff through on-site execution and close.
• Lead planning beside the producer, translating briefs into executable plans.
• Build and manage program budgets from initial estimate to final reconciliation.
