Job summary

Lob is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our growing legal team. You will partner with Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Partner Operations to guide complex commercial agreements and data privacy practices.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS and vendor contracts, advising product teams, and shaping our regulatory compliance program while scaling legal operations globally.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS contracts, data privacy and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including enterprise SaaS and vendor contracts.
• Advise Product and Engineering on lifecycle processes, regulatory, IP, and contractual frameworks for go-to-market launches.
• Contribute to data privacy strategy and negotiate data processing agreements.
