Lob is seeking a Corporate Counsel to lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including enterprise SaaS and vendor contracts, while advising Product and Engineering on regulatory and IP issues. You will drive data privacy programs, translate GDPR/CCPA into practical practices, and oversee compliance initiatives and audits.

You will build scalable legal workflows, templates, and processes, partnering with the General Counsel on strategic projects to support Lob’s growth

Formación

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of enterprise SaaS and vendor contracts.
• Advise Product and Engineering through the product lifecycle on regulatory and IP issues.
• Develop data privacy program including GDPR/CCPA compliance and DPA negotiations.
• Oversee compliance programs; implement policies and training; conduct vendor audits.
• Create scalable legal workflows and self-service templates.
• Collaborate with GC on special projects and strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades
