Job summary

OBR Management seeks a Service Superintendent to lead cooling tower service, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, project management, and purchasing to meet client expectations. Extensive travel is required depending on project location.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in cooling tower services, strong safety training, and proficiency with Windows-based tools. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years field experience in cooling tower services.
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain DISA status.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices and stop work if unsafe conditions arise.
• Interface with clients and oversee all aspects of service projects.
• Supervise and train field technicians and crews.
• Conduct safety orientations and enforce standards.
• Manage service materials, equipment rentals, and supplies.
• Oversee service processes, subcontractor progress and schedules.
• Prepare service and time reports; complete closeout documentation.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and adherence to scope.
