OBR Cooling Towers in the United States seeks a Service Superintendent to lead cooling tower service, preventative maintenance, and repairs, ensuring safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with clients, engineering, project management, and suppliers, coordinating with management to exceed expectations.

This role requires extensive travel to job sites; you will mentor field crews, manage budgets, and contribute to bid strategies and project planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of cooling tower service experience.
• OSHA safety training/experience.
• Valid driver's license and proof of U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service projects and interface with clients.
• Supervise field technicians and crews; mentor and train.
• Ensure safety practices; stop work if unsafe.
• Manage materials, equipment rentals, and supplies.
• Track budgets and project schedules.
• Prepare reports and closeout documentation.
• Travel to job sites as required.
