Job summary

OBR Management is seeking a Service Superintendent to oversee cooling tower service, preventive maintenance, and repairs across project sites in the United States. You will lead field crews, interface with clients, and coordinate with engineering, project management, purchasing, and service management to ensure on-time, safe, and high-quality work.

Travel is extensive and candidates should have a strong safety background, experience with field service operations, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in the field, performing cooling tower services.
• Knowledge of Windows based applications.
• Knowledge and application of safety standards through OSHA training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and oversee all aspects of service projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and train field technicians, foremen, leadmen, and crews.
• Conduct safety orientations and enforce OSHA and industry standards.
• Manage service materials, equipment rentals, and job supplies.
• Oversee service processes, subcontractor progress, and project schedules.
• Prepare service and time reports; complete job closeout documentation.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and adherence to scope and specifications.
• Lead pre-service meetings and coordinate with supervisory, engineering, and supplier personnel to resolve issues.
• Travel to job sites as required; plan and manage projects from inspections to large jobs.
