Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in cooling tower services.
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications.
• OSHA safety training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooling tower service, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Interface with clients and supervise service projects.
• Mentor field technicians and crews; conduct safety orientations.
• Manage materials, equipment rentals, and job supplies.
• Oversee schedules, subcontractors, and project progress.
• Prepare reports and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets and adherence to scope.
• Lead pre-service meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to bid strategies and project planning.
• Travel to job sites as required.
