Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers, LLC is seeking a Service Superintendent to lead cooling tower service, preventive maintenance, and repairs across projects in the United States. You will ensure safety, schedule work, mentor field technicians, and coordinate with engineering, project management, purchasing, and Service Management to exceed client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in cooling tower services.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to maintain active DISA status with a score of 2 or less.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices; stop work if unsafe conditions arise.
• Interface with clients and oversee all aspects of service projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and train field technicians and crews.
• Conduct safety orientations and enforce standards.
• Manage service materials, equipment rentals, and job supplies.
• Oversee service processes, subcontractor progress, and schedules.
• Prepare service reports and closeout documentation.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and adherence to scope.
• Plan and manage projects from inspections to large jobs.
• Travel to job sites as required.
