Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers seeks a Service Superintendent to oversee cooling tower service, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, mentor field technicians, and coordinate with engineering, project management, purchasing, and service management to deliver successful outcomes. Extensive travel is required; candidates must meet OSHA and safety prerequisites and hold relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of field experience in cooling tower services.
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications.
• Knowledge and application of OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooling tower service, maintenance, and repairs to meet safety and quality standards.
• Interface with clients and oversee all aspects of service projects.
• Supervise and mentor field technicians and crews.
• Lead safety orientations and enforce industry standards.
• Manage service materials, equipment rentals, and job supplies.
• Monitor project budgets, scope adherence, and profitability.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and management to resolve issues.
