Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 3 to lead kitchen operations, oversee prep and presentation, and mentor Cook 1 and Cook 2 teammates. You will ensure cleanliness and sanitation, coordinate with the leadership team, and manage high-stress, high-volume service to uphold exceptional culinary standards.

The role requires advanced culinary skills, leadership, and a proactive approach to menu execution, events, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience.
• Valid food handler certification per local regulations.
• Strong communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstation and daily prep.
• Prepare and store all items for your station per Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation for daily specials and menu items.
• Prepare complete meals including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
• Receive and store kitchen goods.
• Oversee expediting to ensure timely, quality orders.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and product testing.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and handle special requests.
