Invited in Colorado is seeking a Cook 3 to lead daily food preparation, production, and presentation. You will manage workstation setup, ensure high-quality dishes, and supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 staff while coordinating with kitchen leadership to uphold culinary standards.

This senior role requires advanced culinary skills, strong leadership, and the ability to manage high-pressure, high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid food handler certifications as required by state/city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstation and prep daily.
• Prepare and present salads, entrees, desserts, and baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment.
• Oversee expediting during meals to ensure timely, quality service.
• Supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members and mentor junior staff.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and accommodate special requests.
