Job summary

Invited in Parker, CO is seeking a Cook 3 to lead food preparation and kitchen operations in a high-volume club setting. You will set up your workstation, ensure quality and presentation, and supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 staff.

Responsibilities include menu planning input, recipe development, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and guiding the team to deliver exceptional service to members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler Certification as required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead set-up, daily prep, and workstation organization.
• Prepare and present daily specials with consistent quality.
• Mentor Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
• Oversee expediting and timing of meals.
• Collaborate with Chef team on menu planning.
