Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Contracts Manager to join the legal team supporting the United States sales organization. You will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including enterprise subscriptions, services agreements, NDAs, and SOWs.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and mitigate risk. You will become a trusted advisor to internal clients, balancing business needs with policy compliance and privacy requirements while navigating complex technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years negotiating sell-side technology and data contracts, preferably enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts including enterprise subscriptions and services.
• Review, draft and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, orders, and statements of work.
• Advise management and internal stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations.
