Job summary

Cloudera, a leader in hybrid data and AI platforms, seeks a Contracts Manager to support the US sales organization. You will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including enterprise subscriptions, services agreements, NDAs, order forms, and statements of work.

You will collaborate with global teams and internal clients to ensure timely contract execution while managing risk and upholding policy standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience negotiating sell-side technology and digital data contracts.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and provide contracting expertise for new and follow-on business.
• Ensure agreements comply with company policies and global standards for hybrid deployment and licensing.
• Advise management and stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations and risk.
• Escalate issues when appropriate to balance business needs with risk.
• Build and maintain contract data records and act as trusted advisor to sales and revenue teams.
• Support cross-functional projects to improve contracting processes.
