Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive data-driven changes across multiple sites. You will oversee CI engineering and quality teams, develop and monitor KPI action plans, and coach leaders in Lean methods to deliver safety, quality and cost improvements.

The role interfaces with senior management and customers, requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration, and reports to the CI Director or Sr. CI Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• 9+ years in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma, CP/ISO/QMS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineering and quality teams; hire, coach and manage performance.
• Lead strategy, scorecards and KPI actions; coordinate assessments with operations.
• Provide training and coaching on Engineering, Data Analysis and Lean methods.
• Drive value stream mapping, Kaizen events and sustained CI across accounts.
