Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive cross-site CI programs, lead teams, and deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.

You’ll utilize data analytics, Lean tooling, and engineering methods to root-cause issues and implement sustainable improvements across multiple operations. You will mentor staff, manage complex CI projects, and partner with senior leadership to shape strategic improvement plans, KPI tracking, and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or SCM.
• 9+ years in distribution/warehousing or logistics.
• Strong data analytics and MS Office (Access/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio) skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineering and quality teams; hire, coach and manage performance.
• Lead strategy, scorecards and KPI action plans; drive site improvements.
• Provide training and mentoring on Ryder Business System concepts and Lean methods.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events; track value and sustainment.
