Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI across multiple operations, driving performance through data analytics, Lean tools, and engineering methods.

The role interfaces with senior management and customers to deliver safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. You will supervise CI engineering and quality professionals, develop strategy and KPI actions, and mentor teams in PDCA, VSM, Kaizen, and automation initiatives across Ryder sites.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in CI, quality, or operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex supply chain projects
• Strong data analytics and lean tool application
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CI engineers and quality professionals and manage performance
• Develop and execute CI strategy, scorecards, and KPI action plans
• Coach and mentor staff in Lean methods, data analysis, and tools
• Lead Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events across sites
