Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI engineering and quality across multiple operations. You will drive data-driven Lean improvements, coach teams, and manage cross-functional projects to elevate safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

The role interfaces with Senior Management and reports to the CI Director/Sr. CI Manager, with a focus on strategic execution and value delivery across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Nine+ years in distribution, warehousing or manufacturing supply chain roles.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI engineering and quality teams, manage performance and hires.
• Develop strategy, KPIs, and action plans with operational leadership.
• Coach teams in Lean, data analytics, and process improvement.
• Oversee CI projects and value realization across accounts.
