Job summary

Fifteen West in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Consultant to own the full 360 recruitment cycle across a strong Financial Services client base. You will drive business development, manage clients, and deliver candidates, expanding a high-performing 360 desk with the group’s cross-sell capabilities.

You’ll leverage a wide FS network, grow market coverage in the U.S., and benefit from an established platform with significant earnings potential through commission up to 50% on each deal.

Qualifications

• Ideally around 7 years’ recruitment experience, preferably within Financial Services.
• A proven ability to build trusted candidate relationships and deliver consistently against commercial targets.
• Experience operating on a 360 desk is welcomed; strong 180 recruiters who are ready to develop into full 360 recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Commercial confidence and the motivation to develop new business while making the most of an established client network.

Responsibilities

• Own the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development and client management through to candidate delivery and successful placement.
• Develop relationships across Financial Services, particularly: Insurance, Fintech, Quantitative recruitment, Investment Banking and Management, Risk, Finance and Accounting, Compliance and Wealth Management.
• Leverage an established network of leading financial institutions, Hedge funds, Private Equity firms and high-growth Fintech businesses, while continuing to develop your own client relationships.
• Identify and convert substantial cross-sell opportunities across the wider group, giving clients access to complementary specialist recruitment expertise.
• Build a high-value desk within a growing Financial Services brand that is expanding its specialist coverage across the U.S.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing Financial Services specialist with the client base, market coverage, and wider group infrastructure to support an ambitious 360 desk. You’ll combine business development, client management and candidate delivery across a strong portfolio of leading Financial Services clients, with significant cross-sell opportunities through a multi-brand platform. An established network gives you a strong foundation to build from, while the continued expansion of the U.S. business creates plenty of room to develop new relationships, grow your market and increase your earnings.
