Principal Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services

The role is offered by FIFTEEN WEST, a $250M+ firm ranked top 10 in the US for permanent hiring.

Location: New York City | 4x a week in office (Wednesdays WFH)

Base Pay and Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+

Commission: 15% – 50% with zero threshold

Key Responsibilities

• Build out an Accounting & Financial Ops desk using warm FS clients across the US
• Take ownership of high-fee roles (avg. ~$45K) with immediate live vacancies
• Receive 1‑to‑1 mentorship and client introductions from leadership
• Earn from a zero-threshold commission scheme starting at 15% (up to 50%)
• Grow into equity after 2 years — with 27 millionaires made to date

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience (any market); FS or accounting a plus
• Strong billing record and hunger to scale up income fast (Open to 180 or 360 backgrounds; you will be trained to be 360 in this role)
• Ability to thrive in a sales environment with autonomy
• Proven relationship builder who drives results through delivery
• Willingness to be NYC-based
