We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing US Financial Technology team in Tampa.

You’ll specialize in the US trading technology market, working with leading hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and market makers, predominantly across New York and Chicago.

This is a candidate-focused position where you’ll identify and build relationships with some of the strongest technology professionals in the US. You'll regularly communicate with Senior Software Engineers, Quants, AI/ML Engineers and technology leaders, with candidate compensation packages often reaching $500K to $1M+.

What you’ll be doing

• Headhunting high-caliber technology professionals across the US
• Building relationships with senior candidates in financial technology
• Managing candidates throughout interview and offer processes
• Learning the trading technology market and becoming a genuine specialist
• Working closely with experienced recruiters on active searches with established clients
• Regular trips to New York and Chicago to meet clients and develop relationships

You don’t need previous financial services experience. We’re looking for someone ambitious, confident communicating with senior professionals, naturally curious and motivated by building a successful career in a high-value market.

A successful placement can generate $15,000+ in individual commission, meaning there is significant earning potential for high performers. As you develop your market knowledge, there will also be the opportunity to progress beyond candidate generation, develop your own client relationships and ultimately build your own desk.

Working hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, office based (Bank of America building)

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
