Fifteen West in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing team. This onsite role offers a base salary and uncapped commission with strong earning potential, plus comprehensive training and clear progression.

You'll work on live hiring projects from day one, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and building client relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Job Title: Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
• Salary: $55,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $75,000 to $85,000 in Year 1)
• Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC (On-site for the first 8 weeks, then 4 days in-office / 1 day WFH)
