Job summary

Argo Group is seeking a production underwriter to market, underwrite and process assigned lines of business. This is a 100% in-office role requiring on-site work during standard business hours.

You will underwrite and analyze new business and renewals, maintain broker relationships, and participate in client meetings while building a robust submission pipeline. A Bachelor's degree is required with five years underwriting experience; IIA/CPCU designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Desire for ongoing professional education and self-development.
• IIA and CPCU designations strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years underwriting experience with authority.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and analyze new business and renewals.
