Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving profitable growth.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrates negotiation skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and price policies based on underwriting guidelines.
• Use tools to determine classifications, rates, and charges.
• Interact with brokers to obtain risk details and negotiate terms.
• Manage portfolio in underwriting territory, monitor broker performance.
• Create and interpret data from reports/dashboards.
• Complete underwriting analysis and maintain files.
