Gilbane Building is seeking a Lead Superintendent to independently manage all field operations on projects valued up to $50M. The role involves daily on-site leadership, safety enforcement, and coordination with trade contractors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management, OSHA 30, and STS-C certification, plus long-term experience in commercial/industrial settings. Excellent leadership and communication are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7–12 years of experience leading a component of work or whole project for a value of $30 million or larger on commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certified
• STS-C Certification
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Aufgaben

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to meet the project schedule.
• Develops and communicates the work plan for field changes.
• Maintains contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Ensures permits are obtained for construction.
• Leads contractor meetings and safety enforcement.
• Maintains daily reports and project schedule updates.
