Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 3 in the Charlotte, NC area to plan, manage, and execute projects of moderate complexity. You will lead a team, coordinate sequencing, and drive timely, profitable completion in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will oversee safety, quality, and field operations, manage budgets and progress reporting, and collaborate with owners, design teams, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading construction teams on complex projects is expected.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of project safety and quality on site.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans and coordinates project schedules with the PM.
• Manages project budgets, costs and reporting.
• Supports pursuit activity and project closeouts.
