Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute complex projects in Raleigh. You will lead a team, plan sequencing and drive timely, profitable completion while aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role requires extensive construction experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of safety, scheduling and cost control. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentoring to maintain injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and oversees overall job and workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages care, custody and control of the project site.
