Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute construction projects with strong scheduling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading safety programs and coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care and project logistics.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Monitors progress and project budget with the team.
• Ensures quality compliance and supports project closeouts.
