Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 3 to plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with moderate complexity on site in Charlotte, NC. You will lead safety culture, manage subcontractors, develop work plans and coordinate site logistics to meet schedule and profitability targets.

The role requires extensive construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with owners, design teams and field staff to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture on the project.
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Develop work plans and coordinate site care.
• Lead meetings and manage project schedule.
• Monitor budget and cost reporting.
• Ensure quality compliance and support closeouts.
