Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 3 in Raleigh, NC to plan, manage and execute on assigned projects of moderate complexity. You will lead the field team, coordinate safety, schedule, and budget, and ensure timely, profitable completion in line with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

This role requires 8+ years in construction, 5+ years supervision, a bachelor preferred, and a valid license. You’ll collaborate with owners, designers and subcontractors while driving lean practices and a strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years construction experience.
• Minimum 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Lean principles experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manages project schedule and cost reports.
• Coordinates project meetings and progress reporting.
• Supports project closeouts and documentation.
