Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on complex projects throughout Colorado's Front Range. You will act as the on-site representative, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

With a minimum 15 years in commercial construction and a track record of delivering multimillion-dollar projects, you will mentor junior staff, manage site logistics, and uphold

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of civil/site, structural, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and provide updates.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
