Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple phases of complex commercial projects across the Northern Colorado and Colorado Front Range. This senior field role reports onsite and drives safety, schedule, budget and quality, coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will mentor assistants, maintain project documentation, and ensure adherence to contract documents and company standards on active sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize project delays.
• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide project updates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project budgets and schedules.
