Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee complex commercial projects across Colorado's Front Range. The role requires extensive field leadership, safety oversight, schedule management, and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors on multi-phase builds.

You will ensure compliance with contract documents, develop look-ahead schedules, mentor field staff, and drive quality, safety, and on-time project

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Lead safety program and enforce OSHA compliance.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
