Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple phases of complex commercial work in Colorado Front Range and Northern Colorado. The role leads field teams, ensures safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality outcomes on high-profile projects.

This is a senior field leadership position with a focus on collaboration among owners, designers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize project delays.
• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide project updates.
