Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction, LLC (GTC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on complex commercial projects across Colorado's Front Range. The role serves as the on-site representative, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination.

You will mentor field staff, manage budgets, coordinate with owners and design professionals, and maintain strict adherence to contract documents and codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Lead safety program, enforce OSHA policies, conduct toolbox talks.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
