Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations across Colorado's Front Range. This senior role leads project teams, ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence on complex commercial projects.

Required are 15 years of GC experience, 10 years as a Superintendent, OSHA 30, and ability to read plans. On-site field leadership is essential with a strong emphasis on collaboration and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
