Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial projects across the Colorado Front Range. You will serve as the primary onsite representative, driving safety, quality, schedule adherence, and subcontractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Must read and interpret plans, specs, contracts, and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
